I trained with Megan for about 3+ months. She’s a great trainer and knows her stuff! she helped me with my confidence, motivation mental and physical health! even when I injured my back and was out for a month she still helped me keep on track and keep my accountability! I have only stopped training because I fell pregnant! (extra cash needed now for the new addition lol) but I’m already counting the days till I’m back at work from maternity to get back training with her again! but she has helped me a lot and now I know where to start and what to do after the baby comes myself till I can get back training with her! About Megan

My name is Megan I am a personal trainer. I work in PURE GYM, in Silverburn shopping Centre, Glasgow.  I specialise in 1-2-1 sessions, I help my clients lose body fat; build and maintain muscle, while creating a healthy lifestyle.

I would refer to myself as more of a ‘mindset coach’ as I find the most important part about changing your life is that you are in the right frame of mind. If you feel like you lack self-confidence, motivation, self-esteem. I can help you change that.
