I have been training with Megan for 4 months and my whole mindset has changed around nutrition and exercise. Without her, I would have no idea how to use the weights properly in the gym to get results but I feel I am constantly improving. She offers so much more of her time than just the gym sessions with personal feedback through videos, advice and support. She encourages you to progress and get results and genuinely cares. Megan is realistic about life sometimes getting in the way and offers solutions-based advice. Most importantly, she’s got good chat and loves food!
