Build Self Esteem, Confidence and be Happier!

FAQs

The answer is to accept that you are not on a diet for a period of time. You have to commit to changing your whole lifestyle including the way you think, eat and move. The person who allowed you to become over weight in the first place has to be replaced with a new person. Someone who is dedicated to changing their health. My advice, hire a coach it is an investment in your health long term. The things they teach you, you can use for the rest of your life.

Stop restricting yourself totally. You get into whats called the binge cycle. You over eat so you feel guilty, you restrict your food massively and try to live on salads all week, you become desperately hungry and eventually cave in and when you do you feel like you cant stop. This then leads to more guilt, more restriction and more binging. Learn how to have moderation. Eat 80% good whole foods and 20% what you fancy. Have three meals a day with a carb, protein and fat and have a couple of snacks of what you like. If you tend to crave more at night have a larger meal for dinner or have a snack at night that will fill you up.

How long is a piece of string? Every person is different. We are all a different age, weight, sex body type. No one can say how long it will take someone. It all depends on the person, how much they move, how much they eat, the quality of the food sources that person eats, how stressed they are, how much sleep they get, how much water they drink. On average a healthy weight loss for 1 week is between 1-3lb, anymore than this is to much.
