The answer is to accept that you are not on a diet for a period of time. You have to commit to changing your whole lifestyle including the way you think, eat and move. The person who allowed you to become over weight in the first place has to be replaced with a new person. Someone who is dedicated to changing their health. My advice, hire a coach it is an investment in your health long term. The things they teach you, you can use for the rest of your life.

About Megan

My name is Megan I am a personal trainer. I work in PURE GYM, in Silverburn shopping Centre, Glasgow.  I specialise in 1-2-1 sessions, I help my clients lose body fat; build and maintain muscle, while creating a healthy lifestyle.

I would refer to myself as more of a ‘mindset coach’ as I find the most important part about changing your life is that you are in the right frame of mind. If you feel like you lack self-confidence, motivation, self-esteem. I can help you change that.
