Whilst the core components of fat loss and body shaping are the same for everyone – a moderate calorie deficit, strength training and sufficient protein intake – implementing these strategies in a way that’s enjoyable, effective and sustainable is an ‘art’ and different for everyone.  And, it’s one of the things I do best!!!
