About Megan McLean

My name is Megan I am a personal trainer from the south side of Glasgow. I work in PURE GYM in Silverburn shopping Centre. I am the founder of Megan McLean fitness and in the past have always worked in care for adults with learning disabilities. So, you see I have always cared and looked after the health of others.

I specialise in 1-2-1 sessions, I help my clients lose body fat; build and maintain muscle, while creating a healthy lifestyle.

I would refer to myself as more of a ‘mindset coach’ as I find the most important part about changing your life is that you are in the right frame of mind. If you feel like you lack self-confidence, motivation, self-esteem. I can help you change that.
